Anjo Yllana issued an apology to “Eat Bulaga’s” Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon (TVJ) as he admitted he doesn’t have P3.5 million in cash for the damages the court ordered him to pay the trio.
Yllana was ordered by the Mandaluyong City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 279 to pay the veteran hosts’ TVJ productions, in connection with the petition for permanent injunction filed against the former “Eat Bulaga” host.

“Pero ‘yung P3.5 million, I cannot answer that now because I’m hoping—magpa-file kasi ako sa upper courts, mag-a-appeal ako,” he stated.
Recalling how his falling-out with the trio started in 2025, Yllana admitted he harbored ill-feelings toward then Senate President Tito when Sen. Rodante Marcoleta was replaced as chairman of the Senate blue ribbon committee. This, Yllana said, was what prompted him to air his sentiments against Tito and his noontime show.
Yllana also recounted that he had already apologized to Tito, Vic and De Leon during the latter part of the previous year, and that he stopped speaking about them on his social media platforms.

“I never intended to destroy ‘yung image nila,” Yllana asserted, stressing that he just wanted to express his stories and feelings. ‘Yung ibang tao, pwede?”
“Mabigat ‘yung nakabangga ko and siguro sensitive sila do’n sa mga issues. They are powerful and they can sue anytime,” he continued.

He further acknowledged during the interview, “Tinatanggap ko na guilty ako.
Yllana also said that some of his former fellow “Eat Bulaga” hosts treated him as a sibling, which was why they were hurt by his remarks.
Kasi ako hanggang ngayon, mahal ko kayo at nirerespeto ko kayo.”
