The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported in a weather advisory issued at 11 am that strong to gale-force winds are affecting the eastern seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon, as well as the eastern seaboard of Visayas.
Pagasa advised mariners on the affected areas to take appropriate measures to ensure safety amid the forecast conditions.
The Philippine Coast Guard said on Tuesday, July 7, that it has placed coast districts, stations, and sub-stations under heightened alert to ensure readiness and immediate response for the possible impact of Inday. /das
