PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — The Department of Public Works and Highways-Region 9 (DPWH-9) immediately mobilized personnel and heavy equipment on Wednesday afternoon to conduct clearing operations following the landslide that struck Barangay Guisukan, Jose Dalman in Zamboanga del Norte.
DPWH-9 said the landslide, triggered by continuous heavy rainfall, has obstructed portions of the road, posing hazards to motorists and commuters.

It assured that teams will work round-the-clock to restore safe passage in the affected area.
