If you are planning a renovation, upgrading your space or starting a new project, the Top Build Awards are something you will want to keep on your radar.
Now in its 4th edition, Top Build Awards is back and making a bigger impact than ever, continuing to recognise the very best in Malta’s home, construction and interiors industry while raising the standard across the board.
This year, Top Build Awards is introducing a powerful new collaboration with Check Your Traders, Malta’s independent contractor vetting platform, tackling one of the biggest questions every client faces, who can you actually trust with your project?
As part of this initiative, three new categories have been launched, Best Small, Medium and Large Turnkey Contractor of the Year. These awards are exclusively open to contractors who have been independently vetted, giving homeowners and business owners added peace of mind when choosing the right professionals.
Vetting registration is now open, giving contractors the chance to stand out, while clients can nominate those who truly delivered exceptional results on their projects.
“Partnering with Check Your Traders is a big step towards raising standards in our industry. Trust and accountability are key when it comes to people’s homes and investments, and this initiative helps highlight the professionals who are genuinely delivering quality and reliability,” Jade Bøye said.
Alongside these new categories, Top Build Awards will continue to celebrate excellence across more than 20 established categories, from kitchens and lighting to outdoor living, with public voting opening in September.
All eyes now turn to the Top Build Awards 2026/27 ceremony on 28th November, where Malta’s top names in design, build and finishing will be recognised.
If you are currently refurbishing your home or commercial property, this is your chance to discover, nominate and work with some of the most trusted professionals in the industry.
Registrations and nominations are now open here.
