Josh Allen Shares How He and Hailee Steinfeld Came Up With Their Daughter's Name
Having a baby with Hailee Steinfeld has been a game-changer for Josh Allen.
In fact, Buffalo Bills quarterback said the upcoming NFL season is "definitely gonna be different" after welcoming baby girl Harper Haize Allen with the Sinners star earlier this year.
"I can't tell you exactly how I'm going to feel right at this moment," Allen shared in an exclusive interview with E! News' Will Marfuggi, "but it's going to be obviously a lot of FaceTimes, a lot of calls. I don't want to miss anything."
Fortunately, the 30-year-old has found the perfect teammate in Steinfeld, who he married in May 2025. As Allen put it, "To have a supportive partner, which I do, that allows me to go and work out" has been nothing but beneficial.
"When we were back in Buffalo for OTAs," he continued, "just making sure that I could go to the facility, get my work done, be with the guys and understanding what that was for."
Allen also credited Steinfeld, 29, for helping him to "find that balance" as a new parent.
"Kids are ever changing, and so is your schedule," Allen continued, adding that he's "trying to ride the wave right now and enjoy" his time with the Pitch Perfect alum and their daughter before training camp. "Just maintaining a positive mindset throughout the whole year."
That's why Allen tries to catch as much Z's as he can, adding Natrol sleep supplements to his personal routine for a restful slumber.
"Once that baby goes down, I know she's gonna be up early," he quipped. "So, I gotta get to sleep as soon as I can."
Allen added, "To know that I'm gonna get a good night's rest and feel up fresh and rejuvenated, that's well worth it."
