Lindsay Lohan Shares Family Pics With Husband Bader Shammas & Son Luai
Lindsay Lohan is entering a new decade—fully loaded with love.
The Herbie: Fully Loaded star—who turned 40 on July 2—celebrated her milestone birthday with an intimate dinner party surrounded by family and friends at Le Bilboquet restaurant in The Hamptons, N.Y., July 7.
For the special soirée, Lohan turned heads in a show-stopping sleeveless, silver sequined dress featuring floral designs and a fringe overlay, as seen in photos and footage posted on Instagram Stories by fashion designer Andrew Warren.
During the shindig, the Freaky Friday actress—who shares son Luai, 2, with husband Bader Shammas—gave a moving speech to her loved ones, before partygoers sang "Happy Birthday" to the woman of the hour. Lohan then blew out candles on her colorful birthday cake, which featured pink, white and orange floral appliqués. The night ended with the Mean Girls alum being showered with white confetti.
And Lohan is feeling grateful as she embarks on a new chapter of her life. As she wrote in a July 2 Instagram post commemorating her birthday, "I'm 40 now but I once was...30, grounded, fulfilled, full circle."
"This decade changed everything in the most meaningful ways,” she wrote alongside photos of her husband and son. “I got married, became a mother and understood a deeper kind of love, one that reshaped what truly matters."
The actress went on to call starring in 2025’s Freakier Friday a "full-circle moment" and "a reminder of where I began and how much I've grown along the way."
"I'm no longer searching for who l am, I'm living it," added Lohan, who costarred in the Freaky Friday sequel with longtime friend Jamie Lee Curtis. "Choosing family, choosing purpose, and creating a life that feels as good as it looks."

But that’s not to say Lohan has forgotten her roots. After all, the birthday tribute also included a look back at her 20s, which she described as an “unstoppable” era.
“There was success, attention, expectation—and underneath it, a girl still figuring herself out,” she wrote. “I was learning through experience, through pressure, through mistakes, trying to hold onto who I was while the world decided who should be.”

As for the future, Lohan said that “there’s still so much I want to create.”
“I’m building with intention now,” she added. “Choosing what aligns, what lasts, what matters.”
