
MANILA, Philippines — The No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) online violation checking and payment system of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will now be integrated into the eGovPH Super App, according to the agency.
The MMDA and the Department of Information and Communications Technology led the launching of the integration on Thursday (DICT). The DICT noted that the two agencies collaborated for the integration which took six months to complete.
“Through the integration, motorists can now conveniently verify NCAP apprehension records, monitor details, check payment status, and access related services anytime and anywhere,” the MMDA said in a press release.

MMDA chairperson Don Artes said that the MMDA’s MayHuliKa website recorded more than 15 million site visits, over 11 million traffic violations checked, and more than 2.7 million unique users. The website was launched on June 16, 2025 which allows motorists to check if they committed any traffic violations.
DICT undersecretary for eGovernment David Almirol Jr. also shared that eGov Super App reached 60 million downloads with 55 million verified users and 955 million transactions. The application was launched in June 2023, which consolidates multiple services and streamlines processes.
“Officials likewise assured the public that all transactions made through the eGovPH Super App are protected by 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring, with encrypted data transmission to safeguard users’ personal information and ensure compliance with data privacy standards,” the MMDA noted. /mr
