
MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Robin Padilla went to the Philippine National Police General Hospital (PNP GH) to visit Sen. Rodante Marcoleta, who is currently undergoing medical evaluations.
Around 2:20 p.m., Sen. Padilla’s vehicle was seen arriving in Camp Crame.

Earlier, Col. John Guiagui, chief of the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), said that a visitation request was made by the senator.
Marcoleta had been confined at the PNP GH since Monday, July 6, after complaining of chest pains and high blood pressure during his arrest over a non-bailable plunder case in connection with the P75 million undeclared campaign donations. /mr
