No signs of foul play
Authorities identified the man as Pablito Castillo Abella, 71, a homeless man who had been staying along Sikatuna Street corner Bonifacio Street in Barangay Day-as.
According to a report from Parian Police Station, police received a call for assistance at 6:50 a.m. after residents noticed a foul odor coming from a man lying on the sidewalk.
