Santas fill Danish streets for annual congress

Dozens of Santas and Mrs. Clauses gather in Aalborg, Denmark, for the World Santa Claus Congress, with parades, family activities and summer festivities.

Dozens of Santas, Mrs. Clauses and elves marched through the streets of Aalborg on 8 July as part of Denmark's World Santa Claus Congress.

The footage shows participants waving flags, greeting spectators and posing for photos before heading to a sculpture park, where they entertained children with balloon modelling, music and festive performances.

The annual congress brings together professional Santas from Denmark and around the world to share ideas, exchange experiences and prepare for the busy Christmas season.

This year's event welcomed participants from countries including Japan, Norway, France and Australia.
