Bunnie Xo Reveals NSFW DMs She's Gotten Since Jelly Roll Breakup
As for Bunnie, she’s been enjoying her "Baddie Bunnie Summer."
"Listen, I never wanted to become the poster child for divorced women," the podcaster—also known as Alisa DeFord—said on the June 26 episode of her show. "You don’t set out as your life goal to do that. But if I was chosen to be that person, then I just want to show women you can do the damn thing and you can literally get your spark back."
And while the split wasn't easy, "Life is too short, man. You gotta be happy," she continued. "There’s no better feeling than freedom. Just knowing that I get to live the rest of my life doing whatever the f--k I want? I am so happy."
For Bunnie, this next chapter includes continuing to grow her successful podcast, exploring new opportunities and living on the compound she and Jelly Roll started building a house on pre-breakup that he gave her in the divorce. And yes, she's also seen her suitors' DMs.
"I might have somebody that I think is cute," the Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic author shared on the July 3 episode of Dumb Blonde. "So, I don’t know. We’ll see."
And while Bunnie didn’t reveal any names, TMZ did share photos of her kissing Calabasas Confidential star Dylan Wolf on July 4.
"He’s pretty to look at," she teased about her mystery man. "So, I don’t know. We’ll see. And he’s West Coast. So, I love, love, love, love me a West Coast boy."
Still, Bunnie suggested she isn’t jumping into anything serious and that "it's okay to have a little baby crush on people."

She isn’t the only one catching feelings, either. Bunnie previously revealed that Jelly Roll—a.k.a. Jason DeFord—is also seeing people.
"Has my husband started dating? Yes, he has," she said on the June 26 episode of Dumb Blonde, "and we’re happy for him."
Because while Bunnie and Jelly Roll's paths no longer lead to being married, they also aren’t going down a lonely road. After all, they're still best friends.
"Y’all thought we were going to hate each other didn’t you? Plot twist, b--ches!" the Grammy winner said in a June 19 vlog before telling the media mogul on the phone, "Love you, baby."
In fact, Bunnie revealed she and Jelly Roll are continuing with their IVF journey.
"We’re still having a baby together," she said on the June 18 episode of her podcast. "We’re going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn’t what you guys think this is. Nobody cheated on the other person. It’s literally just we served our purpose for each other."
This realization didn’t happen overnight. Over the past two years, Jelly Roll and Bunnie have faced challenges in their IVF process, with her sharing they lost four embryos and that this pain "takes a toll on a relationship." During this time, she also started to realize they had personality differences—with her describing herself as more "reserved" behind the scenes and him the "complete opposite." And ultimately, she noted they "stopped communicating together."
When they got into an argument last Mother’s Day, Bunnie told Jelly Roll to "file the f--king divorce papers"—and he did.
"Was I blindsided? Was this divorce mutual? No, it was not mutual," she added. "Even though I told him to file the divorce papers, I was speaking out of anger and just frustration. But was it necessary for us to have a wakeup call and to actually start having these real conversations? Absolutely."
But Bunnie and Jelly Roll know if they ever need a favor in life, they can count on each other.
"J and I have been together for going on 10 years, and he is my best friend," she noted. "He has always been my best friend, and I love that man more than life itself. You guys have seen how I ride for that mofo. Even to this day, behind the scenes, your girl is still riding for that man and I always will. That’s just what it is and that’s how it is and that’s how it will always be."
