Star Magic head Lauren Dyogi explained the management’s decision to postpone the European leg of BINI’s “Signals” world tour, citing the war between the United States, Israel and Iran and its impact on the economy as the primary reasons behind this.
“On behalf of ABS-CBN, Star Music, Star Events and also Star Magic, I’d like to personally apologize to all the Blooms who were hassled or were inconvenienced by our decision to postpone to a better date the European leg of ‘Signals’ world tour,” the Kapamilya executive said through a video on his TikTok page on Thursday, July 9.
“It was not an easy decision. It was a joint decision, discussion [with] lots of meetings with our agent, The Team, formerly Wasserman, and the promoters and ABS-CBN management.”

Dyogi said the decision and the planning for the 2026 world tour began in 2025, noting that they received many offers from different promoters from the US and Europe.

He further disclosed that the tour was supposed to have the Middle East as one of its stops, but that the war transpired.
“Humaba ‘yung gyera and the oil crisis affected everything. Una pong naapektuhan ‘yung Middle East leg… Then there was a joint discussion and realization, especially in the European market because of the unexpected prolonged war,” he stated. “Naramdaman po natin ‘yung effects na inflation, epekto sa ekonomiya—hindi lamang sa Pilipinas kundi sa buong mundo.”
“We will have to admit, seeing what has happened, nahirapan ang lahat ng involved selling that market,” he continued, also pointing out the dollar exchange rate that dramatically increased the production cost. “We were hoping to be able to mapanindigan—but to be honest, it’s economically not viable at this time to continue the European leg.”

Also clarifying whether the shows in Europe are postponed or canceled, he said, “We discussed it with our agent. Best to postpone it to a better time, but we need to cancel it because we needed to refund the payments that were given for the tickets.”

Reiterating his apology, Dyogi addressed the fans, “You have every right to get disappointed, upset. Hopefully someday we can schedule during a better time a BINI concert [in Europe].”
“Please know that we value the effort and the feedback kahit masakit, naiintindihan po namin ang frustration at disappointment niyo,” he said. /ra
