CEBU CITY, Philippines — Filipinos can now renew their National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance entirely online through the eGovPH Super App, eliminating the need to go through the traditional renewal process and allowing users to access both digital and physical copies of their renewed clearance.
The digital service is part of the government’s push to simplify public transactions under the digital transformation program of the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and the NBI formally launched the NBI eClearance service on the eGovPH Super App on June 6.
