Love Island USA's Charlie Georgio Defends Brother Zach Not Asking Kayda to Be His Girlfriend

Corbin Mims agreed fans have cracked the code on his quirky behavior.

Since leaving Love Island USA, the luxury travel concierge—who won over viewers with his outlandish one-liners and memorable voice throughout season eight—has gotten to see the online memes referring to him as "CorbinGPT” as fans compare his mannerisms to AI.

"When I looked at those memes, I'm like, 'Holy s--t.' Because in the villa, I'm just being myself. I'm being 100 percent me," Corbin exclusively told E! News. "We don't have no connection to the to what the world is saying about us. So when I was looking back at the videos, I was like, 'Yo, this is me just really tired one day, and I really wasn't processing s--t.'"

"The fact that I could come out and see the world have some humor to what I was," Corbin continued, "how I was naturally being, that's cool."

After regaining access to his phone, the Miami local especially got a kick out of the hyper-fixation on his sleeping habits.

"The way I sleep is, I don't move, and I look upwards," Corbin laughed. "So it's like, 'Oh, he's rebooting, he's charging, he's downloading a new software.'"

But Corbin couldn't blame Love Island superfans for making light of his trademark Corbin-isms. After all, his fellow Islanders clocked the same behavior, calling him "AI from day one.”

"That all came from the first night when I was a bombshell," Corbin recounted. "They're like, 'Yo, you walked in like AI. You walked in all slow-mo. You wasn't really smiling for it, you had a mean face on. But you also looked majestic and s--t.' That's what the guys were telling me."

"Everything I started doing here and there," Corbin continued, "the Villa was like, 'Oh, he's AI, he's rebooting, oh, he needs to charge.'"

But Corbin's time in Fiji wasn't just for laughs. He also found a connection with Parmida Keshani, who helped him make tough decisions during eliminations—including his choice to call out friend and costar Sincere Rhea for how he mistreated Melanie Moreno.

"I set my friendship aside and said, ‘OK, let me listen to Parmida speak the pros and cons.' And she is actually 100 percent right," Corbin continued. "Now, when I look at it on the outside of the glass, I was like, 'Oh s--t, this is true.'"
