Footage filmed at the Rong Beer Na Lat Phrao bar and restaurant on Monday shows overturned furniture, abandoned shoes and fire-damaged wreckage scattered outside.
The video also shows the blackened entrance to the venue, with windows shattered and burnt musical instruments lying on the ground, while police guard and inspect the cordoned-off site.
The blaze erupted shortly before midnight local time (17:00 GMT) in the capital's Chatuchak District, before being brought under control around half an hour later. The cause remains under investigation.
At least 27 people were killed when an inferno broke out at the venue in northern Bangkok, with dozens more left critically injured.
A police inspector confirmed that officers are still gathering evidence and questioning witnesses, noting that further information would be made available as soon as possible.
Nine men and 18 women are known to have died in the blaze, while 63 people were taken to hospital, including 22 in critical conditions.
Most of the bodies were found in the venue's toilets, where the victims are thought to have gathered to escape the flames.
