The Medical City (TMC) and iCare have formalized a strategic partnership that expands access to quality healthcare for iCare members through TMC’s network of five hospitals and more than 70 clinics nationwide. Both parties signed a memorandum of agreement on June 2, 2026 at TMC Ortigas.
Through the collaboration, iCare members can seek care at any participating facility within the TMC network and experience seamless HMO coverage across hospitals and clinics, wherever they may be in the country.
The agreement strengthens continuity of care by enabling closer coordination across primary care consultations, diagnostic services, specialist referrals, and hospital-based treatments. This integrated approach, supported by aligned processes and service standards across the network, helps ensure a more connected patient experience throughout the healthcare journey.
