MANILA, Philippines — Classes in several areas were suspended on Tuesday, July 14, due to inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat, as well as scheduled power outages.

Paombong: All levels, schools in all coastal barangays (shift to alternative delivery mode)

Isabela

Ramon: All levels, public and private schools (shift to alternative delivery mode)

Echague: All levels, public and private schools in barangays covered by the scheduled power outage from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (shift to alternative delivery mode)

San Mateo: All levels, public and private schools/dp
