WATCH: Lotoc says VP Sara spoke to alleged assassin before 2024 presser
MANILA, Philippines – Prosecution witness, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) official Jeremy Loto believes Vice President Sara Duterte had already communicated with an alleged assassin before her Nov. 23, 2024 online press conference.
“Nakita namin may kinausap na siya even before the press conference… We believe na hindi naman magsisinungaling ang bise presidente kasi galit na galit po siya,” Lotoc says./dp
