
Kathmandu, July 14
Vehicle movement has been reopened from the main entry points of Kathmandu Valley.
Vehicles that had been halted since Monday due to the risk posed by rainfall have started being sent to their destinations from Tuesday morning. Nagdhunga, Sanga, Machhapokhari and other entry points are currently experiencing heavy vehicular congestion.
According to Traffic Police FM, vehicle movement is continuing at all locations except Bhattedanda in Lalitpur. Traffic police have been deployed at various spots to send vehicles onward to their destinations.
Police have also stated that the Mugling–Narayangadh road section was opened for two-way traffic from 7 am this morning.
