
Another video has surfaced from the chaotic night in Swieqi, this time showing disturbances on Triq il-Ħemel.
In the latest clip, several shirtless men can be seen throwing bottles upwards while voices in the background urge them to “stop littering”. Moments later, the group can also be heard collectively shouting as the disturbance continues.
The footage comes just days after twelve foreign nationals were fined a combined €2,000 after admitting to throwing bottles and other objects from a balcony during disorder on nearby Cannataci Road. It also follows another video that emerged showing a group making obscene gestures towards residents from the street below.
The latest footage adds to a growing number of videos circulating online from the area, prompting renewed concerns over anti-social behaviour.
