
LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — The Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) is encouraging individuals, businesses, and civic groups to donate food and to volunteer at its Walang Gutom Kitchen in Cebu City. Opened in June 2026, the facility provides free nutritious meals while connecting beneficiaries to government programs designed to help them improve their long-term living conditions.
