
Tubi has named Shannon Olivas Head of Communications and Publicity. In her new role, Olivas will lead the global communications strategy across consumer, advertiser, product, entertainment publicity, and corporate communications for the Fox Corp. ad-supported streaming service. Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer Nicole Parlapiano, Olivas will be a core member of the marketing leadership team and a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.
Before joining Tubi, Olivas advised companies and executives on strategic communications and business transformation through her independent consultancy. Prior to that, she served as Head of Corporate Communications at Cue Health, an at-home COVID testing company where she led communications through the company’s IPO, direct-to-consumer expansion, commercialization of new products and services. Previously, Olivas held senior communications leadership roles at The Wonderful Company, Netflix, Skydance Media, The Honest Company, and DreamWorks Animation.
