Naval, Biliran turns plastic waste into school furniture, livelihood

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The municipality of Naval in Biliran is converting plastic waste into school furniture while creating livelihood opportunities through Resiklo, an integrated solid waste management program that has become one of its environmental initiatives.
