Cebu faces hot, humid weather with possible thunderstorms

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cebuanos can expect generally fair weather on Wednesday, July 15, although the state bureau warned of hot and humid conditions throughout the day. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in its daily forecast, said the heat and humidity might peak during the noon to afternoon.
