
CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Cebu City Council has formally appealed to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) to immediately implement the shared-lane component of the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT) along the original Talamban-Ayala and Bulacao-Ayala corridors, arguing that the project can proceed without further right-of-way acquisition.
