
CEBU CITY, Philippines — Thousands of commuters traveling daily between Lapu-Lapu City and Cebu City could soon gain an additional public transport option. The Cebu City Council on Tuesday endorsed a resolution urging the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to grant the United Drivers and Operators Transport Cooperative (UDOTCO) a special permit to extend its routes into Cebu City.
