Court grants Byron's motion for reinvestigation in cyber libel case

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Former Cebu Capitol consultant Byron Garcia scored a procedural victory on Wednesday after a Mandaue court granted his motion for reinvestigation in a cyber libel case filed by Cebu Capitol Health Consultant Dr. Elisse Nicole “Nikki” Catalan.
