‘My Life With The Walter Boys’ Love Triangle Shifts In Season 3 Trailer

The My Life with the Walter Boys love triangle between Jackie Howard (Nikki Rodriguez) and Alex (Ashby Gentry) and Cole Walter (Noah LaLonde) might be making room for another love interest for Jackie.

My Life with the Walter Boys arrives August 6 on Netflix with all ten episodes.

In the trailer, released by Netflix Wednesday, Grace Wagner (Ellie O’Brien) asks Jackie how things stand with the two brothers. For those that need a refresher, Jackie and Alex gave things a try in Season 2, but in the finale, Alex overheard Jacke tell Cole she loves him. This happened shortly before an ambulance showed up for Walter patriarch George (Marc Blucas), who collapsed likely due to heart problems. He’s alright, thank goodness, and moves home for recovery later on in the clip.

“I think this is something that we’re all going to be dealing with for a while,” Sarah Rafferty’s Katherine Walter tells her family — which consisted of ten children before Jackie arrived back in Season 1.

Katherine also expresses her worries to Jackie about what’s going on between her goddaughter and her two sons.

Things get even more complicated when Jackie’s Uncle Richard (Alex Quijano) returns to the Walter Ranch in Silver Falls, Colorado with Eliot (Naveen Paddock) in tow. Eliot, nicknamed “Mr. Harvard” by Cole, reminds Jackie of her old life. Cole also notices the shift in Jackie’s behavior after Eliot’s arrival.

Then, there is Cole developing a taste for driving racecars, which Katherine is not excited about. When asked by Alex if she’s okay with it, she says “No, but we also said that you couldn’t bronc ride and look how that turned out.”

Through it all, Jackie clutches her late sister’s teapot Cole fixed for her way back. All of this change is challenging her to figure out who she is.

Aside from the main trio, new face and Walter parents, returning cast include Connor Stanhope, Johnny Link, Corey Fogelmanis, Jaylan Evans, Zoë Soul, Isaac Arellanes, Myles Perez, Ashley Tavares, Dean Petriw, Alix West Lefler, Lennix James, Alisha Newton, Kolton Stewart, Mya Lowe, Gabrielle Jacinto, Jesse Lipscombe, Nathaniel Arcand, Natalie Sharp, Janet Kidder, Riele Downs and Jake Manley.

Erin Karpluk has joined Season 3 to portray George’s wandering sister Hannah, mother of Isaac and Lee, who left her two sons to life with the Walters. Chad Rook will also be a new face this season as a recurring character.

The series is created by showrunner Melanie Halsall and based on Ali Novak’s novel of the same name. Executive producers include Ed Glauser and Becky Hartman Edwards. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television, International Production and iGeneration Studios (The Kissing Booth trilogy of films).
