CEBU CITY, Philippines — A married woman and her alleged tricycle driver lover were apprehended inside a lodging house in Barangay Owak, Asturias town, on Tuesday afternoon, July 14, 2026. The two were identified only by their aliases: Maria, 49, a resident of Barangay Matab-ang, Toledo City, and Jose, 38, a tricycle driver from Barangay Arpili, Balamban.
