Milania Giudice Breaks Silence on Arrest, Slams AI Mugshot Rumors
More details about Milania Giudice's legal troubles have come to light.
Two months after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's daughter was arrested for assault, the Montville Township municipal court judge further explained the allegations from the incident.
Judge Vincent Failla read during the July 14 court hearing, obtained by Page Six, that Milania allegedly "did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim L.R. in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim's forehead, during a domestic dispute."
The Next Gen NYC star—who was sitting beside lawyer Alan Kraminsky during the virtual hearing—pleaded not guilty to disorderly simple assault-purposely/knowingly causing bodily injury, according to court records obtained by E! News.
The judge noted during the hearing that if the 20-year-old is found guilty, "as it's written, it carries with it the possibility of six months in jail, probation and fines in excess of $500."
"I mean, it is what it is," she added. "S--t happens in life, and it is what it is. You got to learn from it, just become a better person, and talk about it, and I just was not in a good area in my life."
Despite Milania showcasing her life on RHONJ and later on in Next Gen NYC, she emphasized that her onscreen appearances are only a slice of her real life.
"I've been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me," she explained. "Like, just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don't."
