Celebrity stylist Nicole Chavez has spent years dressing some of Hollywood's most effortlessly chic women, including Kristen Bell, Scarlett Johansson, and Reese Witherspoon.

We asked Chavez to share the styling philosophy behind her Quince edit, the three must-haves she'd buy first, and the styling tricks she uses to make simple outfits look polished every time.

"I wanted to create a collection that feels polished without ever feeling overdone. It's inspired by that effortless ease you associate with summer (crisp linen, relaxed tailoring, lightweight layers) but designed for real life, not just vacation," she explained.

"I always gravitate toward pieces that feel timeless and beautifully made because they're the ones you end up reaching for again and again. The goal was to build a wardrobe that looks elevated but is incredibly easy to wear, whether you're heading to lunch, running errands, or spending a weekend by the water."

When it comes to channeling specific celebrity clients, Chavez said "Kristen gravitates toward relaxed pieces that still feel polished, so I'd reach for the linen separates."

"A big rule of mine is mixing fitted with baggy, such as a relaxed linen pant with a more fitted tank, or a silk slip dress layered with an oversized oxford. Great basics aren't boring when they're beautifully made. They become the foundation for countless outfits."

If she had to crown one MVP of the collection, though, there's an easy winner.

Those subtle contrasts create dimension and make even the simplest outfit feel effortless/unexpected. I also believe in the power of proportions. When the silhouette feels balanced, everything else falls into place."
