Guests and visitors to the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura will be able to embark on a culinary journey around the world this summer as the hotel’s Brasa Coastal Steakhouse launches a new series of themed dining evenings.
Beginning on July 22 and running until the first week of September, Flavours of the World will offer a different buffet every Wednesday to Saturday, showcasing international and regional cuisines between 6pm and 11pm.
The weekly programme opens on Wednesdays with Fiesta de Sabores, inspired by Tex-Mex cuisine, featuring tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, nachos, guacamole and freshly prepared salsas.
Thursdays are dedicated to Fire & Flavour, celebrating classic barbecue dishes with carefully selected grilled meats served alongside roasted corn, rustic potatoes and fresh salads.
Italian cuisine takes centre stage on Fridays with La Dolce Vita, where guests can enjoy antipasti, fresh pasta, pizzas, risottos and traditional desserts including tiramisù and panna cotta.
The week concludes on Saturdays with Flavours of the Algarve, highlighting the region’s culinary heritage through fresh fish and seafood, traditional meat dishes and desserts made with almonds, figs and carob.
The hotel says the new dining concept is designed to celebrate authentic flavours, quality ingredients and the pleasure of sharing meals during the summer season.
The buffet costs €35 per person, excluding drinks. Children aged up to 12 dine free when accompanied by an adult, with one complimentary child per paying adult.
Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling +351 289 371 234 or emailing [email protected]
