Taylor Swift Paid $160,000 to NYC to Cover Costs for Travis Kelce Wedding at MSG
Paulina Porizkova swiped right into a happily ever after with Jeff Greenstein.
The supermodel, who has appeared in Sports Illustrated and acts as a brand ambassador for Estée Lauder, tied the knot with TV writer July 3 at a town hall in Italy overlooking Lake Orta.
In a July 15 statement to Vogue after tying the knot in front of 78 of their friends and family, the couple mused, “We’re warmed by feeling we got exactly the wedding we wanted—no notes—and exactly the partner we’ve always dreamed of.”
Indeed, Porizkova, 61, admitted she had all but given up on finding love when she matched with Greenstein on a dating app back in 2023.
“I’d been on the dating app Raya for like five years and got maybe five hits,” Porizkova—mom to Jonathan, 32, and Oliver, 28, with ex Ric Ocasek—told People July 15. “Older women like me are invisible on sites like that.”
For his part, Greenstein, 63, was just as shocked by finding love in his phone—but he apparently did one thing right to impress Porizkova.
“This story is ridiculous: why would a stunning former supermodel swipe right on a gawky, bald comedy writer with a disastrous dating profile?” Jeff joked to Vogue. “Well, it turns out that as bad as my profile was, I’d chosen a great song for its soundtrack: ‘Modern World’ by Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers.”
Initially, the pair were in a bicoastal affair—with Porizkova in New York and Greenstein in Los Angeles. After a couple of FaceTime calls accompanied with shots of tequila, the No Filter writer finally let her guard down.

“Clearly exasperated I wasn’t making a move—Paulina texted, ‘On paper, you’re kind of my perfect man. So when are you coming to New York?’” Greenstein, who quickly booked a flight, recalled to Vogue. “The sight of her in person took my breath away.”
By 2025, the couple were engaged and chose Italy as the sight for their wedding after falling in love with the location during a summer trip.
“People kept asking us, ‘Why not do a symbolic ceremony in Italy, then the legal part back in the U.S.,’” Porizkova explained. “Well, for one, there’s something romantic about having to work for your marriage. And two, we wanted to walk out of our ceremony truly and legally married.”
For the ceremony, the bride wore a custom, pleated House of Gilles gown she chose because she wanted the color to be indescribable and “move like water” around her frame. She accessorized with a dramatic veil and teardrop earrings that were a gift from her sons.
Greenstein, meanwhile, opted for a blue wool suit paired with Church’s black oxford shoes joking they “cost more than my first car.”
And since tying the knot earlier this month, the pair have embarked on a never-ending European honeymoon—quite literally.
“We have no return ticket yet,” Porizkova told People, “so we’re just going to hop around until we’re tired.”
