MANILA, Philippines — National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag responds to Senator-judge Pia Cayetano’s statement that his announcement of an investigation into alleged funding irregularities involving the New Clark City sports complex used for the 2019 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games was “possibly contemptible.”
