
LUCENA CITY – Policemen in Batangas and Rizal arrested two alleged drug pushers and seized P666,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in operations conducted on Thursday and Friday.
The Calabarzon regional police reported the arrest of a suspect in Bauan, Batangas at 12:54 a.m. on Friday after he sold P1,000 worth of meth to an undercover operative in Barangay Manghinao Proper.

The suspect identified in the report only as “Marco” was allegedly in possession of 55 grams of suspected shabu worth P374,000 as per valuation of the Dangerous Drugs Board

Police identified the suspect as a high-value individual (HVI), a classification that includes alleged drug financiers, traffickers, manufacturers, importers, and members of drug syndicates.
In Rizal province, Binangonan town police nabbed alleged shabu peddler “Ali” in a buy-bust operation at about 3 p.m. on Thursday in Barangay San Carlos.
The suspect yielded 42.96 grams of suspected meth worth P292,128.
Police also recovered a mobile phone, which would be examined for possible drug-related transactions while they conduct further investigations to determine the source of the illegal drugs.
