TACLOBAN CITY — A Grade 9 14-year-old student is being investigated after a sachet containing suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) was recovered by school personnel inside the campus of Javier National High School in Javier, Leyte, prompting police and social welfare authorities to intervene. Authorities took into custody on Thursday, July 16, the student, identified only by the alias “CMC” to protect his identity as required by law.
