
TACLOBAN CITY — A Grade 9 14-year-old student is being investigated after a sachet containing suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) was recovered by school personnel inside the campus of Javier National High School in Javier, Leyte, prompting police and social welfare authorities to intervene.
