
MANILA, Philippines — A woman identified as a vlogger supporting President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. was killed while her partner was wounded after a shooting in Caloocan City, the police said.
The incident occurred early Friday morning, according to a police report.
“[The] neighbor of the victims… heard several gunshots outside his residence,” the police report explained.

“He immediately went outside to check and discovered [the vlogger] lying unconscious on the road with a gunshot wound to the head, while [her partner] was still conscious and suffering from gunshot wounds,” it added.
It noted that the partner was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The police report detailed that investigators were looking into two unidentified male individuals riding a motorcycle as suspects behind the incident.
“For now, we do not have an update regarding the motive and other details. The Caloocan City Police Station is conducting a case conference,” National Capital Region Police Office spokesperson Maj. Hazel Asilo, speaking Filipino, told reporters in a phone interview.
“According sa mga lumalabas na posts, BBM (Bongbong Marcos) loyalist siya (vlogger),” she noted. (According to her posts, she is a Marcos loyalist.) /jpv
