PH exports second batch of saba bananas to New Zealand

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippines has shipped its second batch of saba bananas to New Zealand, expanding the global reach of Philippine agricultural products, the Department of Agriculture (DA) said. The shipment consists of a 40-foot refrigerated container carrying 1,400 boxes of export-quality fresh saba bananas from Davao City-based AVANTE Agri-Products Philippines Inc., the agency said.
