
Afrobeats superstar David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, delivered a thrilling performance at the 60th birthday celebration of Ogun State First Lady, Mrs Bamidele Abiodun, entertaining guests with some of his biggest hit songs.
A video shared by The HypeTribe Desk on Instagram on Friday captured the singer arriving at the event in his Lamborghini Revuelto, drawing cheers from a massive crowd before taking to the stage.
The footage showed Davido performing fan-favourite tracks, including “Fall” and “Aye,” as guests sang along and danced in an energetic atmosphere.
The performance was one of the highlights of activities marking the First Lady’s milestone birthday celebration held in July 2026.
On Thursday, prominent women in Ogun State, led by the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Motunrayo Adeleye, celebrated Mrs Abiodun for her leadership and commitment to women’s empowerment and child welfare.
According to a statement signed by Adeleye, the birthday commemoration included a visit to the Juvenile Correctional Centre in Asero, Abeokuta, where the First Lady celebrated with children.
Adeleye described Mrs Abiodun as “a worthy symbol of selfless service,” saying she had consistently supported the administration through programmes and initiatives focused on empowering women and protecting children across the state.

She added that the First Lady’s decision to mark her birthday with children at the correctional centre reflected her compassion and commitment to uplifting the most vulnerable members of society.
