Azerbaijani foreign minister describes Baku-Moscow ties as alliance cooperation

MOSCOW, July 17. /TASS/. Relations between Baku and Moscow are rooted in allied cooperation, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference following talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.

"Relations between our countries are characterized by allied cooperation and the peoples of our countries have very strong and close ties that in turn form the foundation for interstate relations," the Azerbaijani foreign minister said.
