
Listen to the closer of Ludwig Göransson’s original soundtrack, co-written by Christopher Nolan himself

Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of The Odyssey is out in theaters today, and with it comes an original soundtrack from the indefatigable Ludwig Göransson. Closing the OST—and the film itself—is a new song from Göransson, James Blake, and Travis Scott, co-written with Nolan himself. Listen to “When I’m Home” below.
Scott’s involvement in the mythological epic—mild spoiler alert!—is not limited to the hallucinatory verses and harmonies he contributes to the track. He also appears playing a bard at the start of the film and briefly reprises the role later on. Although “When I’m Home” is the only song featuring other musicians, another track from the OST, “Circe,” features the one and only Samantha Morton, in character as the witch goddess for whom the song is named.
