Rubio to visit Manila for Asean foreign ministers' meetings

MANILA, Philippines — US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the country’s top diplomat, will travel to Manila next week to attend a series of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) foreign ministers’ meetings and hold talks with senior Indo-Pacific officials, the US State Department said on Friday.
