
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) took part in maritime security drills with the United States Coast Guard and the Mexican Navy during the Rim of the Pacific (Rimpac) Exercise 2026 in Hawaii, the agency said on Saturday. During the exercise on Thursday, the PCG’s BRP Gabriela Silang (OPV-8301) joined the US Coast Guard Cutter Kimball (WMSL 756) and the Mexican Navy’s ARM Juárez (POLA 101) for coordinated maritime security operations.
