
CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela — Rockfalls triggered by overnight rains brought by Typhoon Ester blocked the Mabaay–Sabangan Road in Sitio Dugo, Barangay Napua, Sabangan, Mountain Province, on Friday morning (June 5), forcing authorities to close the national road temporarily.
