Co-produced by Kimj and Zack Sekoff, the single is her first original material in two years

After teasing music on her social media accounts this week, Tinashe has released the single “Too Easy,” her first new material in two years. The singer and noted Spencer Pratt hater tapped Kimj and Zack Sekoff to co-produce the song, which got its live premiere back in April during her DJ set at Coachella’s Do LaB. Listen to the song below.
Tinashe released her last album, Quantum Baby, in 2024. It included her hit single “Nasty” and “No Broke Boys,” her highest-charting Billboard Hot 100 track to date. It seems the fame from that run wasn’t too hard to adjust to, or at least not in how she address the spotlight in “Too Easy”: over a playful dance beat, Tinashe sings about how navigating fame comes easily.
