Person dies after two vehicles collide in Waikato

Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.

One person has died after a colliding with another vehicle in Waikato.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Paeroa-Kopu Road in Kopu at about 9pm on Saturday.

Police said one person died at the scene.

It said a Serious Crash Unit had examined the scene and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash were ongoing.
