Baligod: 'Ex-bagmen’ did not deliver to Legarda

MANILA, Philippines — The supposed former employees of Rep. Zaldy Co who earlier claimed they delivered cash-filled luggage to Sen. Loren Legarda have retracted their statement, according to their lawyer Levito Baligod.
