
MANILA, Philippines — The Senate, as an impeachment court, received on Monday the House prosecution team’s pre-trial brief for the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte.
The pre-trial brief contains a summary of witnesses, evidence, and proposed modifications to the impeachment trial among others.

Earlier, the House prosecution panel revealed that it plans to present over 30 witnesses during Duterte’s trial.

The pre-trial is set from June 18 to June 25, while the impeachment trial is scheduled to begin on July 6.
