Love Island's Beatriz Hatz Reacts to Speculation About Her Sexuality

Niall Horan has one thing to say about Zach Georgiou's One Direction obsession.

In fact, after the Love Island USA season eight contestant admitted he uses his love for the British boy band to pick up women, the "Slow Hands" singer hilariously weighed in on Zach's dating tactics.

"God almighty, I hope that works for him," Niall told iHeart Canada in a TikTok video posted June 17. "That’s all I can say on that, to be honest."

When the Peacock reality dating competition series premiered in early June, Zach—the brother of former season seven Islander Charlie Georgiou—was quick to admit his 1D fandom.

"If I'm talking to a girl, I do always bring up One Direction 'cause it always works," the 26-year-old confessed in his intro clip. "But it's real, I do actually love them. They're surprised when I start spitting some ball knowledge about 1D."

Zach later confessed his love for Zayn Malik, revealing the 33-year-old—who had a tumultuous exit from the group in 2015—had bested Niall, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and the late Liam Payne to earn the title of his favorite member of the group.

And while a passion for boy bands isn't a requirement for Zach's potential partners, he is looking for a bombshell that can go the distance with him after being single for over three years.

"My last relationship, I was with her for four years," the U.K. native recounted on the show, "but then I think the love just faded out."

As for what Zach—who also counted superheroes and comics among his interests—is looking for in a partner, he said he simply wants a "fun, cool American girl."

His one dealbreaker?

"My girlfriend needs to love my cat," he added, "or else she’s out the door, 100 percent."

Zach also got candid about what makes a girl beautiful in the bedroom.

"In bed, I do love an alpha woman," he said. "Push me down, take control, do you know what I mean? Partly as well because I’m lowkey lazy, so I just can’t be asked to do it. Probably shouldn’t say that. I’m not lazy! Cut that."
