Johnro will face eighth-seeded Sinclair of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), which finished the eliminations with a 4-5 slate. Sinclair booked its playoff spot despite a narrow 77-81 loss to RELLM Engineering, where Joemari Buhion delivered a standout 33-point, nine-rebound, three-steal performance.

Dextructures took the sixth seed, while Davies Paints settled for seventh. Dextructures punched their ticket with a 78-72 win over EGS Surveying behind Rozien Rivera’s 18 points, while Avantrac, already assured of the third seed, edged Davies Paints 85-81 behind Jonathan Conrad Yu’s 18 points and seven rebounds.
